Not until this cut/paste. I've seen the url change three different times.

I've never seen this happen when everyone is using plain text (we all 
are, aren't we?). It's very funny, actually, although the whole 
situation is quite disturbing.

Ahhh... Wait a minute. I thought  my character encoding was UTF-8; it 
was Western (ISO-8859-1). That might explain it for me. I just switched 
(back) to UTF-8.
