Hi,
I'll have to think about this. I'm pretty sure this is not a legal URL. Seamonkey definitely thinks this is the case and pops up a dialog to thisActually, I chose the link shown because it was one ofhttp://tnncu.yutkq cn/vosy.html
the more bizarre with the space between the "q" and "c."
effect.
Replacing the space with the period that logic says should be there, gets
a valid URL and a response from the site etc.
Internet VandalismMore like criminal activity. The goal is to weaken spam protection so
more malware can get installed.
One point that seems to have been different in what I saw versus what
everyone else is seeing. Here is a cut/paste from my original comment
on Mark's question:
http://tnncu.yutkqï¼ cn/vosy.html
NOTE: There is *not* a just 'blank' in the URL but the blank is
preceded by:
- An 'i' with two dots above it
[probably has a proper name that I don't know]
followed by...
- A 'one-quarter' sign
- And, then the 'blank' character.
This is why I jumped to the conclusion that it might be UniCode.
Does no one else see those extra characters?
