No, on the contrary.
Mind, this is not a Lenovo site, it just a site from a firm that offers his services to recover lost passwords and things like that.
Basically, they are telling: "in exchange for a fee we will free your IBM or Lenovo laptop from the 1802 phenomena".
No miracle, alas. :-)
