Most of you will remember Rick's post about his trap in sockets.sys. I have been following a pmr that has some info that *may* help people that are getting traps in sockets.sys. Initial analysis of the dump showed that the trap is in SOCKETS. It appears that there might be some resource crunch. Try to increase the transmit buffer value of the MAC being used in protocol.ini file and reboot the machine. I don't have Rick's email or I'd go ahead and send him a note suggesting he try to increase the transmit buffer value. My own extrapolation is that if there is a receive transmit buffer, then it may help to increase it if more of the traffic is incoming.
