I have a TPad T60 with the 3945ABG (wireless - [8086:4227]) and a
PRO/1000 (wired - [8086:109A]). But, you cannot just go by that
generic description. In order to know if it will be supported by
GenMac, you need to have the specific device IDs for the NICs as
captured by the PCI.Exe tool as indicated above.
I understand that, if you are just now 'looking' at the TPad, trying to
get these numbers from Lenovo is likely to be harder than pulling
eye-teeth. But, that's the only sure way of determining if you will
have supported hardware.
One other point that you should also consider: My T60 has no audio
support at this time. Theoretically it is 'being worked on by the
UniAud group,' but at this instant: Nothing. My audio is described by
PCI as:
"Vendor 8086h Intel Corporation"
"Device 27D8h 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio"
The device code as mentioned above is: [8086:27D8]
So, if audio is important to you, you may want to check this out also.
