Your device [based on the PCI info] is the 4224 level. So, you want to
use the set of files named:
WRAPPER_8086_4224
that should have been in the initial GenMac V2.00, along with the base
files indicated. But, to be sure, you should get the latest
'experimental' level of GehNac so you have the most recent updates to
GENM32W.OS2 and HELPERW.EXE.

Unless you are absolutely sure you need NETBIOS, I'd stick with *only*
TCP/IP. At the very least, get your system working with the basics
first, then you can add NETBIOS OVER TCP/IP. [I could be wrong, but I
believe, if you have this, you will not need native NETBIOS.]
