If your T43 has wireless builtin, both Ed Durrant and myself have written 
articles in VOICE on installing the GenMac driver in a T42 which should be 
similar.  On the T42 we have Intel 2200bg mini-PCI cards.  I'm not sure if 
the T43 uses that as well.

If not and you need to use the Cisco 350 pccard,  you need the beta 
Cisco350 driver which is on the VOICE ftp - 
ftp://os2voice.org/CiscoPCM.0.91.A502.zip   Don't use the Cisco340 driver 
on hobbes.  The newer 350 driver works with xWLAN which is a great utility 
for configuring your WLAN.  ftp://www.netlabs.org/pub/wlan/xwlan300.zip
