Original description: T2400(1.83GHz), 512MB RAM, 60GB 5400rpm HD, 14.1in
1024x768 LCD, Intel 950, CDRW/DVD, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Modem, 1Gb
Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, 6c Li-Ion batt, WinXP Pro

eCS demo boots up with no problems (other than a cuss msg about com1
driver not loading).  However, there's no sound from the flash movie, and
the wired ethernet doesn't work - ping says "no path to host".

Ubuntu live CD 7.04 bootup throws an error: eth0: e1000_request_irq:
Unable to allocate MSI interrupt Error: -22

and it hangs on "Configuring network interfaces".

Guess I'll have to boot up the preinstalled XP and see what works there:-(

Not my machine; configuring another one for a grad going off to college in
the fall.
