I haven't tried runnignt he Cisco driver in the same PROTOCOL.INI, and I know for a fact that GenMAC has some issues with multiple protocols binding to the same adapter (I cannot, for example, get IPX and IP to bind properly). Try just IP for now, and we'll work up from there. STACK32 I believe refers to the IP stack used (16 or 32-bit), and may now default to 32 (so this may be moot).
