The problem is not in the LAN where most of us use the same 192.168.x.x IP range, rather what our one Internet facing static or changing IP address is. I expect this would be the way envisioned for home networks. Large corporations where some Internet presence is required could use a combination of IPv6 for the parts of their network that need to be seen from Internet v2 and IPV4 for the internal network.
