Hi Folks !

I'm looking for a Tri/Quad band phone that I can
connect to my OS/2 system directly via Wireless.
The phone should allow me to access its memory
directly via WiFi, kind of like a PDA or 2nd WiFi PC.

Is there such a device out there?
Hello Rick,

I have used a Nokia 6100 and a Nokia 6230i connected to the phone via the IR port.  The current IR package is available on eComStation.com and the phone book program is available on Hobbes (search for IRDD).

The phone book manager (PBOOK)  is only good for the phone book part of the phone's memory.  It cannot access files like pictures, etc.  PBOOK is sensitive to the order of your config.sys.  I had to play around with mine to find the right order.
