Specially the IR part bugs me as I also had trouble getting that stuff to work in my Config.sys and at the end of the day I'm wasting a lot of resources for just one single device. Those IR drivers neither work with any printer nor my PDA. Just the cell phone and limited support of phones at that. Its just not worth it. Its alos an issue with device placement and configuration. I want to be able to access that phone's memory like a simple network drive and ideally also hook up to the internet with it. Use it as a WiFi routing device. --- Stuart Updike wrote: > Rick R. wrote: > > Hi Folks ! > > > > I'm looking for a Tri/Quad band phone that I can > > connect to my OS/2 system directly via Wireless. > > The phone should allow me to access its memory > > directly via WiFi, kind of like a PDA or 2nd WiFi > PC. > > > > Is there such a device out there? > Hello Rick, > > I have used a Nokia 6100 and a Nokia 6230i connected > to the phone via > the IR port.
