Windoze doesn't seem to have a problem with this. After I manualy configure my setup.cmd with the proper subnet mask it usually works fine. I have posted on this list several times why this is, but, never got a reply to the actual question. It seems to me that the windoze DHCP client must get a subnet mask for the local IP address and a different subnet mask for the gateway. Is it possible that the OS/2 DHCP client just isn't requesting all of the options that are required in these instances?
