You basically have run out of available interupts. I would recommend you go through CMOS and disable anything you don't need. Do you have a parrallel attached printer or is it USB connected ? If you don't need the parrallel port disable it as this can free off an IRQ (if so configured - parrallel ports can run "Irq-less"). what about serial ports - do you use a dial-up modem or a broadband (ethernet connected) modem. If you don't need the serial ports disable each of those - 2 more free IRQs. If you only have hardware connected to the first IDE or SATA controller, disable any controller that is not needed - again another free IRQ. and so on.
