Please take also into account that the WPA supplicant discusssed on the above page is V0.6.9, whereas the version shipped with XWLAN is V0.5.7. So it may well be that LEAP is not suported with this older version. When adding the WPA supplicant binary to XWLAN, I once had a look into the source code of the ported version, and compared it to V0.6.x source code, in order to know what would be required to keep it up-to-date. Unfortunately, although WPA supplicant V0.5.x was already quite modular in it's source code, the internal module interface changed much to the first V0.6.x, and likely has changed more even after that. As a result I would bet that it very likely is a bigger task to get it onto the new version level. Not to speak of that I can't do it myself, or that I can't even make any assumptions if GenMac needs any modification. Possibly it is all done by OID calls, and the drivers in question can take appropriate action on actions requested by the supplicant - then it would be completely transparent for GenMac. Or it needs modification of packets - like for the rekeying - then GenMac will require changes as well. bye, Christian ------------------------------------------------- Christian Langanke cla@clanganke.de
