The original (changed) OT subject (as it related to OpenVPN) had to do with= OS/2 *remote* clients connecting to DD-WRT-powered LinkSys WRT54GL (and ot= her OpenVPN-enabled routers/firewalls, VPN concentrators). The thread did *not* discuss client passthrough of SSL or IPSec VPN packets= (and yes, all versions of DD-WRT firmware *should* pass IPSec packets if p= assthrough is enabled, as well as SSL - the latter without requiring any co= nfiguration changes). So, again, we weren't discussing the ability of OpenVPN on OS/2 to handle N= AT traversal to talk to another OS/2 machine on a remote network, but rathe= r a single OS/2 client connecting to a WRT54G endpoint, thus extending the = LAN via VPN to the remote client. I hope that helps clarify the previous discussion, and perhaps we can get b= ack on topic (for this list) sometime soon=21 :-) ___ Lewis G Rosenthal Rosenthal a Rosenthal, LLC Sent with SnapperMail
