And the reason they felt they NEEDED to upgrade to MS Vista is because? Is it
because there are people hanging from a building in NY holding an ad for
MS Vista? ;-/   I would think that a $50 hardware firewall/router would be a
far better 'security' upgrade if they feel the need to run Microsoft software.
Or put MS Windows in a virtual machine / sandbox for required apps. And
now, with VirtualBox, they could even run OS/2 in a VM if there's software there
they could use.

The worth thing about this "new OS" is that customers will find it difficult to NOT
get the product on a new computer and that infection will cost extra. At the
very least, they'll have to pay to purchase and install the version/OS they are
currently standardized on. Can you say, 'thank you sir, may I have another'? :-/
