I own an ASUS WL-330gE, it supports WPA-PSK and WPA2-AES. I use it with
my T23 to connect to a router thats using WPA2 encryption.

does support WPA-PSK, so maybe your router or the key you are using is
giving you problems.

Or perhaps there's a firmware upgrade to add this feature? have you cecked the asustek website?
