It's available in Australia. I would think it will be marketed everywhere there is a 3G cellular network.
Perhaps there's no 3G network where you live - in which case this model won't be available ?

Just found a reference to a PDA/Phone with WiFi
built-in ! It's the 3G Nokia E61, referred to by some journalists as the
"BlackBerry killer" having a similar format but more capabilities than
the BlackBerry at a lower price.
