Just for information:

Basic Rules of eCS Net

For: IrcAdmins, IrcMasters and ChannelMasters to create/administer channels on eCS Net.

All leafs/hubs must run under eCS-OS/2, no other operating systems are allowed.
All leafs/hubs must run the tested ircD package that can be downloaded from this
page, no other configurations or daemons are allowed.
Every changes (squit, ip change, .conf modif., irc operator change, domain name
change, operator's email add. change and so on..) must be promptly
communicated to the irc admin using the internal ML or the ircadmin'email.

These *basic rules* do exist since 2002 (creation year of eCS Irc Network).
Dunno why i'd permit the chaos on the network...

I'm sad about irc.netlabs.org's leaf to squit from the network, but rules
must be respected.

Nothing personal.

Bye.
