;-) No worries, my friend. The list has been quiet (this reply is meant for the group; personal follow-up coming later on). I'm sure that most don't mind.
I should have uploaded my presentations to the Warpstock site, but I'll check today & rectify the oversight, if it exists.
For a glimpse at what's keeping me so busy these days (almost back on-topic), have a look at http://www.hautspot.com/press.html.

Very sorry Lewis. That was meant to be to you. :-(
This is the second time this has happened to me and I just worked out
what the problem is.
The new PMMail has a feature called "Compose to". When invoked from a
selected message it simply copies the email address into a blank new
message. Now sometimes on this list you have used an address of:
>From: "Lewis G Rosenthal" <firstname.lastname@example.org>
The "To" address window of course only shows the first part so looks
good. As does the "From" in the list of emails that I just clicked
"Compose To" on. And of course PMM did not come up with the usual
"different From and Reply to - which to use?" popup. Which should have
been a clue to my befuddled brain.
Once again my sincere apologies to you and the list.
