If you want cell phone internet connection then use a USB SIM modem (I bought one from the UK) or one of the new cell smart phones with WiFi interface. That is cheaper and more universally usable. And no, the SNAP drivers will only work in VESA mode on the T60p. And the speed improvement over a 2.28GHz T4x system is minimal at best.
