Results of Intel Search:
The T60 Adapter is:
Device 109Ah PRO/1000 PL Network Connection
The Intel drivers are for:
Intel® PRO/1000 CT Network Connection
Intel® PRO/1000 GT Desktop Adapter
Intel® PRO/1000 MF Dual Port Server Adapter
Intel® PRO/1000 MF Server Adapter
Intel® PRO/1000 MF Server Adapter (LX)
Intel® PRO/1000 MT Desktop Adapter
Intel® PRO/1000 MT Dual Port Server Adapter
Intel® PRO/1000 MT Quad Port Server Adapter
Intel® PRO/1000 MT Server Adapter
Intel® PRO/1000 XF Server Adapter
Intel® PRO/1000 XT Low Profile Server Adapter
Intel® PRO/1000 XT Server Adapter
Now, unless one of the above is the same as the 'PL' version, I think
I'm still on the outside looking in... Does anyone know? Any way to
know which one to try? Here's the URL where I found the above:
The inbuild intel nic supported by the native os2 driver and Genmac is this one:
Subsystem ID 05491014h PRO/1000 MT Mobile Connection
Subsystem Vendor 1014h IBM
Address 0 is a Memory Address (anywhere in 0-4GiB) : C0220000h
Address 1 is a Memory Address (anywhere in 0-4GiB) : C0200000h
Address 2 is an I/O Port : 00008000h
CIS can read from register 1 mapped memory, offset 20h
System IRQ 9, INT# A
So, if the T60 nic hasn't the iD "05491014h" your only hope in the near future would be Genmac will support it. I wouldn't count on Lenovo to fix it if I were you.
