I used the Win partition on the T43 to get to the IBM device driver download pages, and ended up downloading a huge 56Meg file just to get the 2 small files I wanted. When I get to that laptop later I'll compare the date of those drivers with the one's available from Intel. The one's I have work well once up and running, but at first cold boot TRAP out in Genmac before the desktop comes up, but by warm booting with Cntrl-alt-del directly after the TRAP everything works perfectly 2nd time around.
