I think it was actually Dave Saville that came up with the way to do 
it... I just use it.
But, it leads me to this question... has anyone gotten the TAP driver 
for VirtualBox to work with a wireless network card?
Here it works really well with the wired card but blows out the wireless 
sop that even the base system looses connectivity.
