Not really. I asked VMWare if they wanted the files, they said they didn't need them, and explained that the SCSI drives were virtual devices and do not need ( nor would they benefit from ) real SCSI drivers. Eventually, after WAY too many failed attempts at installing, and WAY too much time wasted waiting for the ISA snooper to finish, I threw in the towel.LOL! Been there; done that. Better luck next time around. ;-)
